Meeting facilities
The Grand Vienna Ballroom with 1,500 sqm (16,145 sq ft) of floor space and capable of accommodating up to 1,400 people. The ballroom is equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual technology and 11-metre high ceilings which create a sense of space and luxury. The Grand Vienna Ballroom is available as a stand-alone venue with its own car access, ensuring a lavish yet private atmosphere for a wide range of special events.
The 11 meeting rooms are ideal for smaller group meetings and can accommodate between 10 and 100 people. The rooms range in size from 24 sqm (258 sq ft) to 168 sqm (1,808 sq ft). The rooms are positioned on either side of the unique sea-water river for those who prefer to arrive in style at Kempinski Hotel Haitang Bay Sanya on one of our very own dragon boat gondolas.
The 4,000-sqm (43,055 sq ft) lawn is an excellent venue for romantic and grand weddings, birthday parties, gala launches, garden receptions and other outdoor social events.
The Rotunda circular function room is located at the centre of the hotel complex, overlooking the lush, green garden and the ocean beyond. It is an ideal venue for VIP meetings, private dining, social occasions, celebrations and parties of up to 80 persons.
The Wood Art Museum is surrounded by the spectacular river and golf course. It is housed in a century-old Shanghai-style mansion which was previously owned by Mr Du Yue-sheng (a 20th century Chinese celebrity). The museum was brought in from Shanghai and can serve as the ideal venue for small weddings, corporate events, private parties or exhibitions. The Wood Art Museum can fit up to 40 persons and is available by special arrangement only.

With its stylish European and Chinese decor, an open kitchen and nine different food stations, Café K invites guests to enjoy live cooking and a large variety of international and seasonal cuisine.

- Yuen Court Chinese Restaurant
The Yuen Court Chinese restaurant is the perfect mixture of contemporary elegance and Chinese culture, featuring 13 intimate dining rooms through which the river flows. The restaurant serves Cantonese cuisine and Hainan specialties. Along with a selection of traditional Chinese spirits, imported and domestic beers and fine wines are available to complement the dishes.

The Tea House is located opposite the Yuen Court Chinese restaurant. The Tea House specialises in a wide variety of Chinese teas and wines and also international wines, complemented with a mixture of noodles and traditional Cantonese dim sum.

A place to see and be seen; an ideal place for a light snack or high tea and afternoon coffee, the Lobby Lounge also offers a wide selection of mouth-watering homemade cakes, pastries and chocolates. In the evening, it is the preferred outlet for a tailor-made cocktail or vintage cognacs and whiskies as music plays in the background. Also available are four private corners for those looking for a more intimate experience with their loved ones.

Room accommodation
The resort consists of six main buildings, within which are 302 rooms and 72 suites. Savour quiet moments in the elegantly-appointed rooms or take in the fresh breeze from the South China Sea on the walk-out balcony. Simply take it slow and celebrate with a glass of champagne in an outdoor bathtub with panoramic views of either the resort garden and the Qing Dynasty pagoda or the sweeping ocean. The outdoor bathtub is standard in all rooms and suites, perfect for two persons and unique only to Wanda Vista Resort Sanya. All rooms and suites also come with exquisite Chinese-style furnishings.
Rooms start from a spacious 65 sqm (700 sq ft). There are two categories – Deluxe Garden View and Deluxe Ocean View, both of which offer king bed and twin bed configurations.
Suites start from a generous 81 sqm (871 sq ft) and come as large as 118 sqm (1,270 sq ft) for rooftop Duplex suites. The two smaller suites are the Junior Suite and the Deluxe suite.
