Zhu Yuan
The dinning hall in Zhu Yuan is just like a traditional grand residence. Designed according to the spatial layout of the Great Four Gardens in Suzhou, Zhu Yuan boasts the reputation of “Jiangnan Gardens are the finest under heaven and Suzhou Gardens are the finest in Jiangnan”. The dinning hall absorbs the essence of garden architectures. Every corner has its own unique style with elegant and warm atmosphere. The carved patterns and down-to-ground screen are quite amazing. Wood auspicious mice, coins and peonies are delicately and vividly curved. The freehand drawing of ladies in the Song Dynasty is used as the tablecloth. The Chinese cultural essence and delicious food are integrated, pushing Cantonese cuisine to superb state.
The dinning hall is located on the second floor of the hotel. There are 106 seats including 4 indoor compartments and outdoor dinning terraces.
Café Veranda
The Café Veranda are full-time western restaurants with open kitchens. The cuisine varies from western flavor to Asian flavor. There are various new and old wines in our cellar that satisfies different flavor of each dish. The restaurants adopt the vertical arrangement design perpendicular to the scenic surface so that the sight of people sitting in the front and rear seats will not be shielded. The outdoor scenery is introduced to indoor to the largest extent. In this way, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountain and waters when having meals. Compared to the exterior scenery, the interior landscape is inspired by Chinese landscape painting. The designer extracts elements of branch, leaf, moon, and rock from traditional Chinese landscape painting and reconstructs them to form a structural cubic Chinese landscape painting. The combination of branch silhouette and moon–shaped lights gives birth to the profound and tranquil state. The hanging leaves and bamboo are dancing in the light as if you were in a picturesque landscape painting.
The restaurant is located on the second floor of the hotel. There are 136 seats including indoor and outdoor super-large dinning balcony.

No matter in sunny or rainy days, you can not only taste cigar, different aperitif, cocktail, dinner wine and champagne, but also appreciate from the balcony landscape of the lakefront and Spring Island.
