**Complimentary Rooms
The Hotel is pleased to offer one (1) complimentary with breakfast for one (1) person for every twenty-five (25) paying rooms materialised at the contracted rates, up to maximum of three (3) complimentary rooms for the group.
Above complimentary offers must be utilized during the event period (all stipulated dates are inclusive) and is strictly non-exchangeable for cash or rebate. Kindly ensure that the name(s) of the guest(s) utilizing the above complimentary offers is to be submitted together with the final rooming list.
**Complimentary Room Upgrades
The Hotel is pleased to offer one (1) complimentary upgrade to Club Room or Suite for every twenty-five (25) paying rooms materialised at the contracted rates, up to maximum of three (3) complimentary room upgrades for the group.
Above complimentary offers must be utilized during the event period (all stipulated dates are inclusive) and is strictly non-exchangeable for cash or rebate. Kindly ensure that the name(s) of the guest(s) utilizing the above complimentary offers is to be submitted together with the final rooming list.
Check-in Time: 14pm
Check-out Time: 12pm
Early Arrival/Late Check-out
Early check-in/late check-out are subject to availability of rooms. For confirmed early arrival, we propose a one (01) night chargeable pre-block prior to guest’s arrival date. Guaranteed late check-out until 18pm will be chargeable at 50% of the quoted rate, subject to availability upon confirmation. Full rates will be charged for late check-out after 1800 Hours, subject to availability upon confirmation.
No Show
Should there be a ‘No Show’ for guaranteed reservations on date of arrival, a full duration room charge will be levied as ‘No-Show’ charge. Thereafter, the Hotel reserves the exclusive right to release and resell the rooms.
Early Departure
The Hotel reserves the right to impose a charge on the balance room nights for any early departure from the original date.
Additional Room Requests
Any additional rooms required above the number of blocked rooms are subjected to availability in the room inventory and the room rates may vary for the additional rooms.
This proposal is subject to the terms and conditions attached herewith.

Any request for bed type will be subject to availability upon check-in.

Valid for new bookings made by 30 September 2026, for events held by 31 Dec 2027.

Valid for meetings with minimum bookings of 10 materialised rooms per night.

* Discount applies to the next event held at the same hotel within 12 months of the current contract date.
