锦江饭店著名建筑-锦江小礼堂。建于1959年，仅用了28天完成建造，占地1500平方米。它见证了许多历史性的会议和外交事务。例如八届七中去全会，和1972年中美联合公报的发布。    1998年10月，锦江小礼堂完成了改建工程。改建后的小礼堂古朴端庄，占地500多个平方，四周楼宇环绕，宛如众星伴月。其主体为多功能宴会厅，可同时容纳300余人，另有大小会议厅和新闻发布室（亦可作休息室）。无论是各种国际性会议、豪华宴会、高档商务宴请或大型婚宴庆典，我们都将提供标准的高质量服务。二楼设有三个小型会议厅，也可举办小型宴请活动。
The most famous building - Jin Jiang Grand Hall which was built in 1959 with 1500 Sqm and only took 28 days’ construction.  This building witnessed lots of significant meetings and diplomatic affairs. We finish the renovation on 1998 . After being renovated in 1998, Jin Jiang Grand Hall took on a dignified look, surrounded by the other buildings, as if the moon surrounded by stars .It main body, the multi-functional banquet hall on the ground floor , can hold more than 300 people at the same time. There are also conference halls of different size and press conference room(can also be used as the guest waiting room). No matter it is international conference, luxurious banquet, top-grade commercial affair, or large-scale wedding banquet, we will offer the standard high-quality service. The second floor consists of three small-scale conference halls, which can also hold small scale banquet.

锦北楼原名华懋公寓，旧时称“13层楼”, 建于1926年，竣工于1929年。标高57米。由英商安利洋行设计，曾是沙逊旗下的华懋地产公司产业。棕色面砖、方格钢窗和白色斩假石窗框是其立面的基本特色，为传统欧洲建筑。 华懋公寓内共有203间客房，经典房40平米，套房76平米。
Cathay building originally named Cathay Mansions, The citizens of Shanghai once referred to it as “Thirteen floors” , begun in 1926 and completed in 1929, 57 metre-high. It designed by the British firm of Algar & Co. Architects, Belonged to the Sassoon family’s Cathay Real Estate Company. The exterior features brown square bricks,square steel windows and white window frames-all typical European architecture elements . It has 203 rooms with different types, 40 square meters for normal size room and 76 square meters for suites room .

Cathay Garden is a 5 floor executive building with 208 executive rooms. A floor-to-ceiling reading area and comfortable sofa are the first things you will see while entering the spacious lobby. In the lobby also are the Front Desk ,Business Center and Lobby Lounge, the cut-off pattern of which follows the decoration style of Cathay Building. At the end of the lobby is Cathay Brasserie, where you can enjoy the great garden view through the floor-to-ceiling window no matter you are in which seat.
