from the Ginza district of Tokyo, trained in
traditional Japanese cuisine. Zan Teppanyaki is a fusion of Japanese teppanyaki
and French Cuisine offering top quality truffles, foie-gras, Australian beef,
Taiwan Penghu king prawns, and deep-sea cod. Crystal Café is where you can
enjoy your morning with our excellent breakfast buffet. The Old Captain Bar is
the hotel’s very own microbrewery brewing unfiltered ‘Pure Beer’ that adheres
to the Reinheitsgebot. Relax and enjoy our 3 beer styles: Dark, Lager, and
Wheat. Lastly, there is the Churchill Cigar Bar, a tribute to a part of the
long lasting legacy of the great Winston Churchill.
For
your banquet needs, the hotel provides our Grand Ball Room with a total area of
420 sqm. and capable of accommodating up to 590 people. For other event needs,
the hotel also has other facilities available ranging from 35-160 sqm.
The L Spa offers various
massages and is known in Shanghai
for their unique Energy Crystal techniques using white crystals. L Spa also has
our coveted 20 x 8 meter indoor star-light pool, heated to a soothing 28-30 C
