- Shanghai Grand and Hongqiao Ballrooms
With separate entrance from the main lobby, the hotel features over
1,600 square metres of dedicated event space in the basements including two
ballrooms – the 580-square-metre Shanghai Grand Ballroom and the 440-square-metre
Hongqiao Ballroom. Both pillarless, each accommodates more than 600 guests.
Hongqiao Ballroom is also equipped with motor vehicle access.

In addition, there are six dedicated break-out rooms all with natural
lights, giving us the ability to cater for banquets, meetings, weddings and

15 minutes’ walk and 5 minutes’ drive away. The hotel is about 50 minutes’ drive from the
Shanghai Pudong International Airport.
