Walkerhill’s Korean restaurant ONDAL features modern reinterpretations of traditional Korean nobility’s cuisine and the royal court’s Chanpumdanja (饌品單子,literally meaning ‘a list of dishes served on the table’) based on historical research. Menus use seasonal ingredients from the eight provinces of Korea are completed at a master chef’s fingertips.
GEUMRYONG
Geumryong is a Chinese restaurant serving exquisite dishes inherent to the Cantonese cuisine that is regarded as one of the 4 great cuisines of China. The restaurant uses its special know-how to reinterpret a selection of Emperor Qianlong’s favorite-and rare-delicacies in Manchu Han Imperial Feast (滿漢全席), the most renowned grand banquet of China (中華大宴) in Chinese history.
