Architectural features
Dalian International Conference Center is designed by The Austrian Blue Sky group, which once designed BMW World and the European Central Bank, and Dalian Architectural Design and Research Institute. The architectural concept is grand, exquisite, fashionable, harmonious, green and human as one. The inner and outer walls and roof of the building adopt double-layer curtain wall structure, the exterior surface is perforated metal curtain wall, and the interior surface is glass curtain or metal plate. Some people compare the construction difficulty of the Dalian International Conference Center with that of Beijing's "Bird's Nest".
