- ZHÀN LÙ Chinese Restaurant
Set on the 2nd floor, ZHÀN LÙ is our contemporary Chinese fine-dining venue. The restaurant
space uses natural textures in its design to allow sunlight to pass through the shallow water basin,
creating a round and novel streamlined effect. On offer is authentic Cantonese and fusion
Shanghai classic dishes paired with an extensive wine list and selected Taiwanese Kinmen sorghum,
Chinese liquor, whiskey and beer. With fine wines and delicious cuisine, you can enjoy the rich
layers of the Chinese dining experience. What's more, the restaurant's 4 exquisite private rooms
provide the ideal setting for business banquets and gatherings of relatives and friends.
- WA-RA Japanese Restaurant
Our WA-RA Japanese restaurant is located on the 5th floor. Inspired by a fisherman's cooking
technique that has been handed down from Japan's Edo period, the space design weaves out the
artistic conception of rice straw fibre and spray bubble. The ancient cooking method calls for
rice stalks to be burned in a fire. With its attractive city views, WA-RA seats 124 diners and features a
classic Japanese bar experience with nightly digital art shows. For an exclusive experience is
available with an OMAKASE "chef's selection" menu accompanied by Japanese fine wines.
BL.T33 Lobby Lounge is located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel where it enjoys
outside starlit views of the Green Park Road. The lounge seats 69 making it easy for you to enjoy
pre or post-dinner cocktails. The lounge serves a selection of meals, Afternoon Tea sets and
snacks throughout the day, allowing you to relax and enjoy your leisure time.

The heart of the hotel's design explores the
mystery of the ocean and the awakening of
majestic coral reefs from the seafloor. Its
lobby interior further utilises malachite green
in an interpretation of the tranquil depth of
the river. Scattered light and shadow serve to
connect guests to the hotel's restaurants and
bars, and extend to the fitness centre and
heated swimming pool, opening up the new
luxury experience.
