What is your best memory as a Crowne Meeting Director?

Through IHG E-learning system, I got Crowne Meeting Director Certificate from Cornell University. My best memory is that when we could handle the big meeting with all levels of people in the Hotel including junior levels. Although this requires a lot of patience and commitment, I truly enjoyed this experience.
