Where does your passion for hospitality comes from?
Having traveled a lot since my childhood with parents and with a natural interest in meeting people.
I think it is my personality that I do like people, like to please people, and do like pleasure as a whole. To me, hospitality is about pleasure, empathy and making people happy.
What is your best memory as hotel General Manager?
There are many impressive scenarios in my memory as a hotel General Manager, yet the most exiting one is the sense of achievement and the people’s interactions that always change and evolve.
I work with my team very hard and in the end we achieved our goals and get rewarded for it , sense of team achievement brings up a great spirit , Great satisfaction , Great feeling.
You build things , you develop people , you bring harmony and positive energy , you add value , all of these are great memories for me , and we have a lot of them.
