Ms. Ivy Yu has been appointed General Manager of Crowne Plaza Chengdu West to fully in charge of the operation of this new hotel.As a veteran in hospitality industry with over 25 years working experience, Ms. Ivy Yu will lead her new team to provide personalized and comfortable business service to guests and build the “Great Hotel Guest Love”.

Ms. Ivy Yu post graduated from International Hotel Management Institute, Switzerland and attended the General Management Program delivered by the Cornell Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management in Singapore, studying and working in many countries and regions not only makes her speak fluent English and German but also given her great insight into many cultures. As the first Chinese female general manager in Intercontinental Hotel Group, she displays the great talent of leadership and splendid management skill during the work, and takes senior positions in several hotels managed by Intercontinental Hotel Group around China, such as Guilin, Xiamen, Wuhan, Shenzhen etc.
